Google invests $ 86 million for low-income homes
Google Inc. plans to invest $ 86 million in the construction of housing for low-income Americans. This is stated in the message the company US Bancorp Community Development Corporation (USBCDC), published on the Business Wire portal.
Funds in this social project will be invested through a special fund, which is created and managed USBCDC.
Construction of 480 houses in low-income families will be conducted in five U.S. states – Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and California.
Previously, Google has invested $ 25 million in two real estate development project for the construction of budget accommodation in California.
