At Miss Universe – 2010 “won Ximena Navarrete from Mexico(VIDEO)

Winner of the Miss Universe – 2010 “, held August 23 in Las Vegas, has become a Mexican Ximena Navarrete (Jimena Navarrete). The contest was broadcast live on  NBC. Crown of the first vice-miss jury gave participant from Jamaica Yenda Phillips (Yendi Phillipps).
The winner of the title of Miss Russia – 2010 “Irina Antonenko entered the top 15 finalists, but did not hit the top ten contestants, although the bookmakers have called it one of the favorites in 2010.

The title of “Miss photogenic” got to the representative of Thailand Fontip Vacharatrakul (Fonthip Watcharatrakul), in addition, the jury noted its national costume. The title of “Miss Congeniality” won this year’s Australian Dzhesinta Campbell (Jesinta Campbell).

All participated in the contest for more than 80 girls from different countries. The competition the girls came on stage dressed in national costumes, evening gowns and swimsuits, and answered questions of the jury.

In 2009 and 2008 victory in “Miss Universe” contest got the representatives from Venezuela, and in 2007 the title went to Japan.
