Nokia has filed another complaint against Apple
Nokia has filed another lawsuit against Apple, accusing the U.S. company of violating five patents. This is reported in the official press release Nokia. The claim is registered in the District Court of Wisconsin.
According to Nokia, iPhone, and smartphones in the plates iPad 3G illegally used its own technology voice and data, as well as a method of using these systems in positioning applications.
Also, Nokia has accused Apple of borrowing innovations in antenna design. Nokia claims that its design improves performance and enables smaller devices.
In October 2009, Nokia has initiated another trial with Apple. Then the company blamed the manufacturer of the iPhone in violation of 10 of its patents. According to Nokia, these technologies have been licensed to 40 companies, but Apple illegally use them in all models of iPhone and not pay royalties Nokia.
