Number of victims of train collision in Belgium has grown to 25 people
The collision of two trains in Belgium, killing at least 25 people, the Associated Press referring to the data source in the national railway ministry of the country. Earlier reports of 20 dead.

Head-on collision of two trains of the company Infrabel occurred at 8:30 am local time in the vicinity of Brussels, near the city of Halle. Causes of the accident are under investigation. One train was bound from Kvievreyna in Liege, the second was on the route Leuven – Braine le Comte.
The accident led to serious violations in the movement of high-speed trains. In particular, the phased movement of trains Thalys, shuttling between Paris and Brussels, as well as passenger trains Eurostar. Work trains stopped due to damage to power lines. At least four Thalys trains had to stop, near the station, said AFP.
