Cellular Operators Will Create a Global Application Store -Wholesale Applications Community
Leading cellular operators and handset manufacturers have decided to create an open platform for application delivery to all mobile users. This is stated in an official joint press release.
A new organization called the Wholesale Applications Community joined 24 companies, including AT & T, China Mobile, China Unicom, Deutsche Telekom, NTT DoCoMo, TeliaSonera, Sprint, Verizon Wireless and Vodafone.
