Woman is suing the government(video)

Joan Najbar of Minnesota has sued the U.S. government for what it published, and gave her a false report about the death of her son in Iraq.

According to the woman, 29 September 2006 she sent her son, who had just served in the Armed Forces of the United States in Iraq, the letter. The answer she received, and the letter returned to her two weeks later with the stamp “died”.

The woman claims that she was shocked and it took her a long and expensive treatment. As it turned out, it was an unfortunate mistake, and her son alive.
