Thai court again refused to release on bail “Lord of War” Victor Bout
Thai court again refused bail Russians Viktor Bout, extradition sought by U.S. authorities accuse the businessman of illegal arms trade.

She said the final decision on the extradition of Bout is expected by February. “Six months from filing complaints against the court’s decision will be in February, by which time we expect the issue will be solved. When will it be – the end of December, mid January, mid-February – the specific date no one called,” – said her husband Booth .
According to her, representatives of her husband was denied its request to increase the time visiting spouses. “After the embassy we asked the warden to increase the time to visit, we once again denied. Earlier Alla Booth said that the protection of her husband asked the court to quickly consider an appeal against the refusal to extradite the businessman. Viktor Bout was arrested March 6, 2008 in Thailand, which came as a tourist. U.S. accused it of illegal arms trade, including in arms terrorist group the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, and seek his extradition.
Bout himself denies all allegations and claims that he never traded arms, and engaged in air operations are legitimate. Appeal court’s decision to refuse to extradite Bout to the United States was filed by the prosecutor’s office in Thailand on behalf of the American side on August 26.
