Columbia Pictures has appointed date of the premiere film about Facebook

David Fincher’s new film, devoted to the founders of the social network Facebook, will be released Oct. 15, 2010. This resource Comingsoon.net reports quoting the press release film studio Columbia Pictures.

In the picture removed a popular singer Justin Timberlake, who plays the role of one of the founders of file-sharing network Napster Sean Parker, who became later the first president of Facebook, actor Jesse Eisenberg (Jesse Eisenberg), performing the role of social network creator Mark Zuckerberg and Andrew Garfield (Andrew Garfield) who plays his business partner, Eduardo Saverini.

The film was shot in Boston, and then the film crew moved to Los Angeles. Producer of the project appointed Kevin Spacey.

The budget picture is estimated at 47 million dollars. Recall that Fincher’s film will cover the period since 2004, when the network was established on the campus of Harvard University, and until such time as it acquired nearly two hundred million users worldwide.
