The inhabitant of New Jersey is accused of attempt to kill the witness

Representatives of police of New Jersey speak, that the inhabitant of staff who is recognized innocent on charge in murder, is accused of attempt to kill the witness who testified against it.

The public prosecutor of district Theodore Romankow speaks Union Theodore Romankow, that 27-years Asher Conn  has appeared on Monday in the house of the witness and has shot at it, but has missed. The police has arrested Conn.

Conn it was accused of murder 18-years Maurice Barkley in November, 2008, but has been justified, when some witnesses have refused the indications, and others have refused to testify.
