In Poland on business about slander former and present presidents have legal proceedings

IN Warsaw on Tuesday litigation under the claim of the former president of Poland  against present heads of the state Lekha Kachinskogo has begun. Last has publicly declared in the past to year, that in the beginning of 1970th years Valense  was the secret agent of communistic special services and the informer of political police, working under pseudonym Bolek  Now Valensa through court demands from Kachinskogo  apologies for slander and indemnification of mental cruelty at a rate of 100 thousand zloties (37 thousand dollars).

 Even prior to the beginning of process Valensa has declared, that Kachinski should or refuse the post as  the president, swore, that will protect legality, or to make official apologies.

Kachinski has not appeared in a hall of court – it is represented by the lawyer. Earlier the chief of office of the president has declared, that Valensa ” has the right to address in court if feels offended “.

In the public applications to address of Valensa  Kachinski referred to documents from archives of the Polish Ministries of Internal Affairs and special services. They have the same year found reflection in the book written by historians of the state Institute of national memory. Their work referred to ” Security service and Valensa. Addition to the biography ” also has caused in Poland the big scandal.

Meanwhile in 2000  the court has recognized, that Valensa was not the secret agent. On the basis of it the former leader of movement “Solidarity” promoted falling of a communistic mode in Poland, has declared, that will have legal proceedings with everyone who approves, that it cooperated with special services.
