Even prior to the beginning of process Valensa has declared, that Kachinski should or refuse the post as the president, swore, that will protect legality, or to make official apologies.
Kachinski has not appeared in a hall of court – it is represented by the lawyer. Earlier the chief of office of the president has declared, that Valensa ” has the right to address in court if feels offended “.
In the public applications to address of Valensa Kachinski referred to documents from archives of the Polish Ministries of Internal Affairs and special services.
