In the U.S. state of Louisiana minibus with children collided with a truck, killing five and injured ten people, reported local media quoted the police statement.

Ten of the victims was hospitalized in serious condition at a local hospital.

Accident happened on Saturday evening on a highway near the city of Baton Rouge, when the van suddenly burst front tire, and he crashed into walking in the same direction the truck. Then the van rolled over several times and landed within 60 meters of the wheels on the opposite lane of the road.

The cause of death of children refers to the absence of police in-car safety belts, which were only killed the driver and a passenger in the front seat.
